Political Sketching

This was just a practice sketch of the big "O" created because I was bored and decided to draw tonight. The benefits to being a graduate from college and having major priorities the following day... jk.

There are a few things I like, but a whole lot more that I find needs work. The overall likeness is a miss I feel, but the sketch on the left has the most success. I also really enjoy the body type of the Obamanator. I haven't been sketching as much as I should be, but this is a good start to getting back into it! Any criticism will be read...

Checking In

So, it has been a while since i was able to post in this thing! So, now i feel is a good time to try and play catch up!

For those that don't know me, i have always been into music! Singing and guitar mostly! So i have focused a lot of time and energy into writing and releasing a demo cd. For a quick look at my music that i have posted (and they are rough recordings) check out www.myspace.com/timothyhowemusic

Other than that, i have been trying to keep up with sketching and freelance work. Art seems to be the greatest focus of mine, whether it be drawing, writing, or music. For more posts, i will try to keep the blog updated!
